Terms & Conditions for Subscription Reward
This campaign is only applicable to new bookings in the UK and Ireland between 1 March 2021 and 30 June 2021.
The promotion is valid from 1st of March 2021 until further notice for new residents only.
Incentive has no cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
The promotion will be revoked in case of cancellation of the reservation. The promotion is not available to students who have deferred their booking. The promotion is not valid for re-bookings or Flexible Stay. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Each resident can select one of the following subscription rewards:
- GLOSSYBOX Beauty Box 6 months free subscription or equivalent;
- Bloombox or Houseplants bundle 6 months classic free subscription or equivalent;
- Netflix 6 months premium free subscription;
- Spotify 6 months premium free subscription or equivalent;
- Graze Snacks Box 6 months free subscription or equivalent.
All eligible students must sign up their choice online or email their request to the residence team by 31 July 2021. Anything received after this date will not be counted.
All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Uninest Student Residences has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
The promotion is valid for new bookings only for the 2021/22 academic year and the licences must be for a minimum of 34 weeks.
In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.
These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 22nd of February but Uninest Student Residences reserve the right to change them at any time without prior notice.
To claim your incentive of choice you need to complete your booking, pay your advanced rent, sign your tenancy agreement, and then click the link and complete your the form with your choice of incentive from booking confirmation mail.
Incentive subscription can be chosen once the booking is confirmed and will be distributed within the first 14 days after check-in at property.
Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.
Frequently asked questions
- Q: How do I know I am eligible to this promotion?
A: This promotion only applicable to new bookings, who never have experiences staying with us before, for booking 2021/22 academic year and the tenancy must be for a minimum of 34 weeks between 1 May 2021 to 30 June 2021.
The promotion is not available to students who:
－has deferred /cancelled their booking before check-in.
－are rebooking / re-booker.books Flexible Stay.
－books tenancy less than 34 weeks.
－Books through agent or university referral agreements.
- Q: Where can I find sign up form?
A: You will be able to find the sign-up form link from your booking confirmation mail. If you are not able to find the confirmation mail, please contact to our local team with your choice before 31 July 2021. Any requests after that day will not be counted.
- Q: When will I receive my subscription?
A: It will take toughly 14 days after you check in with us. We will deliver your subscription to our local team and you can collect from them.
- Q: Can I change my subscription?
A: Before 31 July 2021, if you would like to change your choice, please contact to our local residence team by mail with new choice.
- Q: When is the last day that I must sign up my subscription/choice?
A: You must sign up their choice online or email their request to the local residence team by 31 July 2021. Anything received after this date will not be counted.
